Terms and Conditions

for participating in Fit and Fabulous activities such as classes, workshops, presentations and personal or private sessions.

You will be asked to agree to these conditions at the time of joining Fit and Fabulous activities and it is implied by your attendance that you have agreed.

I, the person who will be participating in a Fit and Fabulous class or session, agree to the following:

1. That I am participating in organised fitness activities or workshops (either in a group or one-on-one setting) offered by Fit and Fabulous, during which I may receive guidance, information and instruction on such activity. I recognise that fitness programs require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in fitness activities or workshops. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a doctor prior to and regarding my participation in fitness activity.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in group fitness classes, one-on-one training or workshops, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the sessions and I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Fit and Fabulous or any instructor, consultant or representative of Fit and Fabulous for illness, injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of taking the advice or instructions given in the program or activity.

4. I understand that the material and advice presented by instructors, consultants or representatives on behalf of Fit and Fabulous during the course of activities or workshops may not address any special medical condition, illness, injury or limitations that I may have.

5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Fit and Fabulous or any instructor, consultant or representative of Fit and Fabulous for any injury or death caused by negligence or other acts.

6. I understand that all personal and health information provided by me to Fit and Fabulous is kept strictly private and confidential and not is disclosed to any person or third party without my consent. I understand also that my contact information is kept confidential and is not shared or sold to third parties. I understand that photos may be taken in classes or sessions for use in Fit and Fabulous marketing, promotions and on social media which may include me. I can refuse to have my photo taken and my decision to step out of the photo scene will be respected.

7. I understand that I may receive email communications and SMS messages from time to time, either in direct relation to the fitness activity or sessions that I have signed up for, or in relation to other Fit and Fabulous or fitness related information, special offers and class schedules.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
