ZUMBA BEGINNERS WORKSHOP

We have the solution! A 75 minute Zumba workshop to help absolute beginners find their dance feet!

Do you have two left feet?
We all know that dancing is one of the best ways to exercise, work your body and your brain and have fun while you are doing it! But it can be a bit scary if you haven’t done it before or have convinced yourself that you have two left feet!
This workshop is especially designed for absolute beginners.
We will start by breaking down dance steps with no music, learning to move to the beat, and then progress to explore different dance rhythms: their origin and basic moves that you may come across in a Zumba class such as merengue and salsa. We then combine more of these steps into little routines. We practice them, and put them together to dance to a mini-Zumba session.
You’ll come away feeling much more confident in your dancing ability, and ready to enjoy your first Zumba class!
