YOGA to help you stretch, destress and relax!
Taking time out to relax and relieve stress and tension from your body and mind is just as important for your well being as more vigorous exercise. It helps to promote rejuvenation and hormonal balance through your body and leaves you feeling relaxed and quite fabulous!
The class flows with classical yoga postures and sequences that are adapted to students’ abilities, to help you increase your flexibility, build strength and simply disconnect from the outside world for an hour. Every class includes a restorative meditation where you can focus on breathing and relaxation to truly unwind. The perfect complement to your other fitness activites and everyday busyness. Suitable for most fitness levels.
Tuesdays, 6.30pm & Saturdays 8.30am. 60 minute class.
