PRENATAL LEARN AND MOVE PROGRAM
Personal attention and physio-led guided exercise to help you have a healthy pregnancy!
The Prenatal Learn and Move program is unlike any other program in the upper Mountains and we are very excited to be able to offer it here in Katoomba!
The program is designed to help mums-to-be better understand and manage the challenges of pregnancy, both from a physical and preparatory perspective. The program will incorporate information and educational sessions in a small group environment, as well as exercise and movement, each week. This will be coordinated and delivered by a physiotherapist who has extensive experience in the area of prenatal health.
Numbers will be strictly limited, thus ensuring that you get personal attention and ample opportunity to ask questions, as well as appropriate and safe exercise and movement under physio supervision.
Sessions are held one evening a week over 6 weeks running for approximately 75 minutes each time.
