Pilates Classes

Advance booking is required for all classes to ensure that a spot is available for you. Save by purchasing a Membership or Multi-Class Pass first (before booking in via the blue buttons below), or pay as you go.

PILATES BASICS

If you haven’t done Pilates before (or even if you have), the Pilates Basics mat class is the best place to start.   The focus of each class is on creating a strong, flexible body that moves efficiently and pain-free.  We go through sequences of exercises on the mat that work your entire body, to help you develop core stability, good posture and strength.

Each class begins with an introduction and recap of Pilates principles, setting you up to make the most of the session.  The exercises are modified with easier or more challenging variations so that you can work to your ability and see progress and results with each class. 

Mondays and Thursdays at 9.30am. Mondays at 6.15pm. All classes are 60 minutes.


This semi-private Pilates Circuit program is suitable for all levels and abilities, using the studio Pilates equipment and a range of props.
This is a 4-week commitment, helping you to improve and progress in your practice over this period, to feel stronger in your core and to build your whole-body strength.
During each session you will use a range of Pilates equipment and props, including the reformer, ladder barrel, Wunda chair, Swiss balls, bands and circles.
Maximum of four students per session.

Price: $100 for the 4 sessions (or less with a 10-class pass or membership)
