Angela has been training me for two years now. In that time my physical strength has increased markedly. Angela knows the weak points in my body and designs exercises to strengthen them while being aware of what might be too much and holding back when needed. I can’t recommend Angela as a personal trainer highly enough.
Angela is professional, organised, supportive and positive. Each session was carefully planned with some well known activities alongside introduced exercises. Angela always presents and explains information to build upon knowledge. It wasn’t easy, but with Angela’s happy smile and positive approach I have reached my primary goal!
Angela has helped me lose a lot of weight and significantly improve my fitness. With a strong emphasis on correct form and technique Angela mixes things up to keep every session interesting but challenging! Angela’s encouragement and support have led to a much healthier and active lifestyle for me. Highly recommended.
