YOUR GUIDE TO ONLINE CLASS BOOKINGS

The Penny Lane Studio has limited space so advance booking is required for all classes.

There are are few intial steps that will make booking into your classes in future easier.

BOOKING INTO CLASSES

Step 1a (optional)

Purchase either a Multi-Class Pass (there are a few types of passes you can buy - New student pass, Zumba pass, Seniors pass, or a 10-class pass, that are valid for a specific number of classes) or a Membership Package (there are two membership packages currently offered - 1 or 2+ classes per week, which are ongoing and paid monthly, and more cost effective than other options).

However, you are most welcome to pay as you go to any of the classes, provided they are not part of a course or program.

Step 1b

Once you purchase your pass, make a note of your unique Certificate Code as you may need this later on when booking into classes to redeem your Pass or Membership. This code will also be sent to you in an email tax receipt.

Step 2

Book in for your preferred class, either from the BOOK IN page on this site or from the button link under any of the class descriptions in the CLASSES section of the website.

Follow the prompts on the form to
(1) Choose your Session or Class. Select the class, date and time that you would like to attend. Click CONTINUE.
(Please note that if the class is booked out, it will appear in a lighter grey and it will not be possible to click and book in to it. It is recommended that you check back the night before the class as occasionally students may cancel the day before if they cannot attend).
(2) Enter Your Details. You will be prompted to enter your name, phone and email address.
Set up an Account (optional) to avoid having to key in your details for each class you book into. By setting up an account you simply log in before booking into any classes and your personal details are then pre-entered into the form each time.

If you have purchased a Pass or Membership you must now enter your Package Code or your email address into the box that says [Redeem Coupon or Package]. It is important that Pass holders and Members do not forget this step otherwise you will be prompted to pay again for that class.

(3) Pay by credit card (casual visitors only). If you do not have a Pass or Membership you will then be directed to the secure check out screen to pay for your class by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. (Pass holders and members by-pass this screen as they have already purchased a pass or membership).

(4) Email Confirmations. You then will receive an email confirmation of your class booking. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours before your class.

CANCELLING A CLASS

Life happens and there may be times when you either have a conflicting commitment or are unwell and cannot attend a class that you booked for. Please note that if you cannot attend you must cancel your class with at least 12 hours notice or that class is forfeited. It is appreciated if you can provide as much notice as possible as it may allow someone else to book in.

You can cancel your class either by:
A) Following the link at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email. This will take you directly to a web page where you can simply click and cancel or reschedule without logging in.

B) Creating and logging in to your Account. By setting up an account on the website, you can log in at any time to reschedule or cancel upcoming bookings, check what classes you are booked in for and how many classes are remaining on your pass. Don’t forget to give 12 hours notice.

P.S. Even if you miss the 12 hour cut off, it is appreciated if you could call or text us on 0411 700188 to let us know if you can’t make it. It means that we don’t delay starting the class waiting for you and if booked out, it means that someone else may be able to book in so that you are not charged.
