Functional Training Classes

These classes are offered as a 4-week Fitness Blast, so you are required to commit to attending for 4 weekly sessions. This enables you to improve from week to week and see great improvements over this period!

You can also use your membership or Membership or Multi-Class Pass for these classes. Please remember that you must commit to all 4 classes. If you do not attend a class it is forfeited.


This 45-minute circuit-based class will help you improve your strength, endurance and mobility. There are three weekly sessions to select from.

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and body-weight exercises – allowing you to progressively push yourself and see results. A key focus of the class is on technique so that you maintain good form and improve your strength safely.

This is suitable for beginners as you progressively improve over the 4 week period and build your fitness levels. Please check before booking in if you have any pre-existing condition or unsure if this class is suitable for you.

Price: $59 for the 4 sessions (or less with a pass or membership)

STRENGTH & TONE


HIIT & BLISS (Circuit Training)

These are 40-45 minute classes. However only 20 minutes of that time is actual workout time, as that is all you need to feel the benefits of Hiit (high intensity, interval training). The rest of the class is recovery time between exercises. Plus, your body will continue in fat burning mode for up to 24 hours after each session.

Regardless of your fitness level, this is a great way to boost your metabolism, slow down the ageing process and get fit fast!  

You will find yourself loving the short, sharp, effective bursts of body-weight exercises and cardio (that are modified for your fitness level and ability- so there are always low impact options) with well-deserved rests in between!  This is a great complement to your other weekly fitness activities. 

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the fast pace of the exercises, this class is not suitable for adults with joint problems, cardiac conditions or pre-existing conditions or injuries. If you have not exercised in a long time please call Angela on 0411 700188 first to confirm if this is ideal for you.
