These classes all are suitable for beginners and more regular exercisers. They are run as 4-week programs, thus allowing you to get regular practice, improve your technique in a small group environment and see massive improvements in your fitness over that time.

Current members and 10-class passholders - you can use your passes to register for these classes and claim your discount. Alternatively you can simply pay for the block of 4 classes.


STRENGTH AND TONE

This 45-minute circuit-based class will help you improve your strength, endurance and mobility. There are three weekly sessions to select from.

We use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and bodyweight exercises – allowing you to progressively push yourself and see results. A key focus of the class is on technique so that you maintain good form and improve your strength safely.

This is suitable for beginners as you progressively improve over the 4 week period and build your fitness levels. Please check before booking in if you have any pre-existing condition or unsure if this class is suitable for you.

Price: $59 for the 4 sessions (or less with a pass or membership)

HiiT & BLISS (Circuit Training)

These are 40-45 minute classes. However only 20 minutes of that time is actual workout time, as that is all you need to feel the benefits of Hiit (high intensity, interval training). The rest of the class is recovery time. Plus, your body will continue in fat burning mode for up to 24 hours after each session.

Regardless of your fitness level, this is a great way to boost your metabolism, slow down the ageing process and get fit fast!  

You will find yourself loving the short, sharp, effective bursts of body-weight exercises and cardio (that are modified for your fitness level and ability- so there are always low impact options) with well-deserved rests in between!  This is a great complement to your other weekly fitness activities. 

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the fast pace of the exercises, this class is not suitable for adults with joint problems, cardiac conditions or pre-existing conditions or injuries. If you have not exercised in a long time please call Angela on 0411 700188 first to confirm if this is ideal for you.

This semi-private Pilates Circuit program is suitable for all levels and abilities, and includes Pilates equipment and a range of props.
This is a 4-week commitment, allowing you to improve and progress in your practice over this period, feeling stronger in your core and building your whole-body strength as the program progresses.
During each class you will use a range of Pilates equipment and props, including the reformer, ladder barrel, Wunda chair, Swiss balls, bands and circles.
Maximum of four students per session.

Price: $100 for the 4 sessions (or less with a 10-class pass or membership)

PILATES CIRCUIT


SAS (STRENGTH FOR ACTIVE SENIORS)

A great full body strengthening, stretching and conditioning class for Active Seniors!  This class is for you if you would like to stay strong and flexible, improve your balance, your bone density and move well.

We combine weight bearing exercises, muscle strengthening, Pilates based standing and sitting exercises, stability and balance drills and dynamic stretching.  

This class will give you a gently challenging and energising workout! It is particularly beneficial for people with osteoporosis or osteoponia, arthritis and balance challenges.

Using props like chairs, the barre, hand weights and resistance bands we work on every body part in this 45 minute class to help you get stronger, more balanced and improve your movement.

Classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure personal attention.  Please note – this is not a rehab class. We''ll all about prevention and staying strong, flexible and pain-free for as long as possible!  

(With prior notice we can adapt exercises and liaise with your physiotherapist or doctor to ensure that your exercises support your prescribed treatment plan.)
